Earlier Satori volumes (the Ginmoukousei one included) didn't included Furigana.The newer chapters of Whaletits and even the non-canon SCoOW series (Gay Adventures at Koumakan, Mystia Izakaya etc) also started including furigana. It's not just for shounenshit. There seems to be a recent initiative of making the Touhou printworks more accessible for literal children and dekinai gaijins.
