Does the human village practice
Yobai (Japanese: 夜這い; "night crawling") a Japanese custom of premarital sex usually practiced by young unmarried people. It was once common all over Japan and was practiced in some rural areas until the beginning of the Meiji era and even into the 20th century.

Utagaki (歌垣), also read kagai (嬥歌), was an ancient Japanese Shinto ritual gathering. Villagers would meet on a mountaintop, where singing, dancing, eating, having free sexual intercourse and the reciting of poetry would occur, in celebration of the beginning of spring or autumn. These events were closely associated with harvest rites, and therefore fertility

And
Kurayami matsuri (くらやみ祭り, Darkness Festival
Where single men and women who had gathered to sing and dance for each other, were also those who were married and who intended to have sex under cover of darkness.

Reimu is basically the only one who could even perform wedding ceremonies, so it's likely they forgo bothering with marriage altogether.

Couldn't myouren temple and moriya shrine also perform wedding ceremonies?

Glad to see my man Gin having a chill ass second afterlife.

Possibly. Buddhism was probably a minority before the temple showed up, so people wouldn't be used to thinking of them when marrying. It may or may not be true that Sanae and Reimu are the only shinto priest-like people around but if they are, then the Hakurei clan has had a monopoly on it until recent times when Sanae's crew showed up.

Since they lack Western/Anglo/Christian/Buddhist influence, the question is how much did japan actually care about sex outside marriage in the past centuries. They would certainly care much less about nudity and mixed bathing than outside world Japanese would.

PMiSS establishes the Hakurei Shrine as the only shrine in Gensokyo (technically not even considered Gensokyo), so we can safely assume that Reimu was the only one doing Shinto ceremonies until the Moriya showed up. Ariya and her shrine probably aren't going to see much worship, though I imagine it's the place to be if you truly want your marriage to endure.
To my knowledge though, Japan didn't really do wedding ceremonies until the Meiji Restoration, so within Gensokyo it'd be something that's probably only done by people excited about outside world stuff, and Buddhism doesn't really involve itself with marriage at all.
So yeah, most villagers probably don't have a wedding and just start living with their spouse, which is de facto accepted as them being married.

Isn't that nice? But I'm not sure how Ariya would react if she was asked to officiate a wedding.

Moriya Shrine is located deep in youkai territory and has in-canon only been around for a few years. I doubt anyone would be particularly trusting of them besides their active followers.

They're hugely popular amongst the villagers because unlike the youkai shrine with its youkai shrine maiden, the Moriya know how to promote themselves very well and actually put in the effort to run a proper shrine.
Also:

Bro's been living under a rock for the past decade. Nobody worries about that any more.

Since the village is just one village, a lot of people are probably related to each other by now. Marriages are probably carefully decided by consulting families to make sure the ones involved are distant enough from each other. I wonder if outsider blood makes one popular with unmarried Gensokyoans.

Besides that, given the booze culture of Gensokyo, I presume drunken sex is common, and probably drunken sex parties.

It's called a village but based on its depictions, it seems more like a small town than a true village. That said, they probably do need to be a bit careful about inbreeding all the same.

Human villagers are genuinly sexless and reproduce through spores.

So that is how they got the power to shape the world around them and spawn yokai through belief alone huh

Imagine being a lonely Gensokyo guy who wishes he had a wife and kids so badly that he just wakes up one day with them.
