I'm guessing you want something more like a scenario (but I'll also toss out some individual character detail ideas) and I'll admit I can't exactly think of any "harvest festival orgies"
My immediate thought is to actually cut it into two orgy scenarios as to not clutter the image trying to fit too many characters in
Think first group since a lot of these characters are Youkai Mountain related setting it somewhere there would be good, maybe at the lakeside of the Wind God's Lake as it seems vaguely far enough away from Moriya Shrine as to not be directly related to the Moriyas while still being a recognisable landmark to indicate location (plus it's a pretty backdrop)
Scenario 1 is more a youkai party that's turned into an orgy (perhaps to gather faith) and features characters like the Akis, Hina (not fall related but related to the Akis in being another YM feral god), Nemuno, Aya, Momiji and I'll toss in Wriggle just to fill out that roster though if you want to ignore Wriggle and put in a more suitable character like Nitori or some mob kappa be my guest
Some details I can think to add; Have the characters be visibly drunk, Aya is being bred by a Wolf Tengu and Momiji is riding a Crow Tengu (specifically I've always wanted to have Momiji try this pose https://sexinfo101.com/positions/doggystyle/inverted-doggy) Nemuno is visibly off away from the main group maybe behind an onbashira pillar doing more intimate sex since her personality isn't suitable for orgy stuff

Scenario 2 is more human oriented somewhere in the outskirts of the village next to a rice field or something I dunno. Characters would include Kokoro, Tsukumo Sisters, Elly, Ringo and Seiran (since Ringo is there) i.e characters who are friendly with humans / can pass as one
The Akis are actually there but they're organising the event (I imagine it was meant to be a small harvest festival and they initially had Kokoro and the Tsukumos booked as performers, Ringo and Seiran for catering and Elly was actually just there as an attendee but has been roped into it) so they're walking around maybe assisting here and there

Didn't know where to fit Luna as I feel like I'd want to have her paired with just the Akis to emphasise the joke of her being the "Fall" Fairy more but she could work in Scenario 1 (Loli-shota sex with a kappa boy) or 2 (another festival attendee that got roped into it so maybe holding hands with Elly or something)

Even this attempt at cutting things down feels like it might end up messy still, don't follow my ideas too closely here use your own discretion

My imagination is that the idea would be to encourage the singles to mingle by pairing them up with a couple to act as an "example" to them. So the couple would stay the same it'd just be the single person pair swapping out to fulfill the speed dating aspect a perfect excuse to make Rika and Farmboy-kun interact with different characters
I like the idea of Rika getting drunk and getting a bit too raunchy with Farmboy-kun (reluctant due to the public setting) and that causing um let's say for example Miyoi and her faceless male partner to start getting raunchy too, encouraged by this bold public display of affection

You have no idea how many headaches that pitot tube was giving me on the IMG2IMGs. That, and the AI continuously misinterpreting the missing/damaged panel under the cockpit as an extra intake. I've kind of had the association in my head since Nazrin's reintroduction in the Symposium. The Muenzone, the inexplicably appearing treasure, the detect-- er, dowsing rods - it's a dead ringer. The parallels have only gotten thicker with the later instalments in the series' and especially STALKER2's full-on secret government/manufactured illusions/mind control angle. Though, this applies to Gensokyo as a whole, beyond just Muenzuka.

not concepts per se, but I've noticed that (at least chosenmix) seemed to default to a certain look at times when I've been testing artist tags for a different idea, so I assumed it must be something with the training data not being there (e.g. a non-porn artist more often than not had 'default' labia compared to smut)
so I figured that if an artist has a bunch of "landscape" references, their tag would influence the background in a different way than someone that never draws them

The gist of it was just a 2koma with Narumi lying down with a bikini, and it eventually giving out and ripping. Thing is, I wanted the 2nd image to be the bikini in the process of ripping.

Could be, partly? Hard to tell how well these small elements get trained into a style LORA. Then again, it is trained on my own nonsense, so not inconceivable some of that's percolated as a feature of the style. I know for certain the genital shapes have. I do get duds for nips still, but that's like as not down to poor RNG.
For Eiki up there, it was a full redraw from a vest-closed base, but a combo of see-through_silhouette and no counter-nipple negatives definitely helped the profile view to stay through i2i. Then I coloured over the nipples for somewhat-SFWness, and voila.

Second idea would be a scenario where you're having sex with Seija, Seiga, Tsukasa... an "evil" girl and then Kotohime starts banging on the door saying she's there to take whoever into custody and they go "Hey don't stop~ they're only after me so you'll be safe (well you won't be safe when I bust out later if you leave me blueboxed, so do try to pick up the pace.)" bonus points you can have it escalate to Kotohime kicking the door down (and somehow convey that sinsack-kun is thrusting equally as hard in sync since his life depends on it)

My general workflow, and how I did this:
-t2i (skipped here)
-i2i until I'm happy with the regular image (if I had major changes, I'd do them in paint.net here - eg. Narumi)
-upscale by 2x - doing this before the smaller changes is important
-in paint.net, select areas (you can use fixed size selection to make sure it's a 128x128 divisible space), copy+paste into a new layer (and possible do some hand drawn details/changes), paste into workflow, masked i2i (possibly multiple times), paste back into paint.net replacing the original image
--if details are too small for standard size, even with the image now at 2x, I have part of my workflow capable of 2xing input and .5xing the result. Similarly, don't be scared of doing regular i2i on an image as small as 512x512.
--You want to include enough surrounding stuff to provide context (mainly for angle and style), but you don't need that much
--I use imageCompositeMasked on the output, since otherwise you get encoding-decoding related drift and can't seamlessly paste back into the original
W.r.t. hand drawn details, you don't need to perfectly match your style but it helps if there's less work for the i2i to do - you really want to get the colours right though since it's not good at changing those without high denoise. My style is easy to inpaint into, so you might need to trial and error this.
The 'post' files should all have my comfyui workflow in them.
I prefer to use float range on my i2i's denoise, since often you get some good elements at one strength and others at another, and it means I don't need to think so hard about how strong to denoise it.
