Even people who use AI generally use it either because of their lack of aptitude or because it's simply cheaper than to get someone who knows how to do art. Vsynth editors such as Vocaloid clearly mostly require human input and creativity, this is not nearly the same as having AI generate the song for you. Lack of manual tuning on the producer's part is also normally frowned upon.
