I think you get at least one free option on every map but I think some places need you to be on good terms with the owner of an area. Like Yuuka's place IIRC.You can also just move into any of your lover bedrooms, no fuss.Wish there was a way to get your own house, with all the upgrades you could dump money into and dozens of bedrooms for your own personalized harem, but alas.
