>>65171675Bro If you're in a WMA hiking with a rifle you can and will get constructive charges for poaching or possibly armed Trespassing, I don't know what part of the state you're in but I'm in East Orlando (The Nice Part) and There is a couple of preserves here that are not WMA that I have considered hiking open with my M1 Carbine but not gotten all the details yet.There is also the St Johns Water Management group that basically manages the entire St Johns river and I am not sure what their rules are.

When its not actively logged you can do whatever on the land as long as you arent doing anything mega illegal. Youre allowed to shoot into anything considered an "earthen backstop" which out here is basically everywhere.The states gun laws are absolute shit. But i wouldnt trade these lands in for anything
