Good evening /k/,I've finally gotten around to building a 6.5 Grendel rifle, but after seeing that Geissele 30- round AR mags are basically impossible to get, I saw that Csspec AK mags are plentifulSo I I'm trying to build around that. What are some of the best options around? >6.5 AKs are extinct>6.5 ARs are more plentiful, but not many lower receivers take AK mags, nor are compatible with much else>CMMG's all out of MK47 lowers, and the bolts for MK47s are totally proprietary, not able to take 6.5 Grendel AR boltsWhat can I do? >>65188337Quit now. Ive built a few of them, all had issues feeding, regardless of mags. Some like cheap mags, others like expensive ones. I love the cartridge, but with the wolf ammo drying up youre better off going 6mm arc.
