how about little 1/6 scale model decoys instead.

I'm thinking about 1/6 scale would be right for still being able to fool a FPV that some narrow dirt road is actually a wide 2 lane and those bushes are really 30ft tall trees.

Put a saddle and puppet on a dog.

The normal sized trees and other reference points will not make this work.

Is that fucking dazzle camo? On a ground vehicle? In 2026?

>1/6 scale model decoys
You´re just saying that because you want to see someone try to use their cum figures as a bait.
Not that would work against ziggers since they´re so fucking gay and all.

I have said it before and I'll say it again, buy a cheap FPV so you can be less retarded when talking about drones.

I got the "$300 bundle" and recommend everything except the headset.

yeah, you have to only use where there weren't rows of big trees, but I'm also thinking the FPV guy is going to get a certain amount of tunnel vision once he sees a juicy target.

I remember how about 1/6 scale models were used in a live theater to represent background moving cars that were supposed to be maybe 50yrds away and it mostly worked.

I got a $300 DJI Mini SE but I wouldn't sinc to my phone and it was past the return by time I got around to fucking with it.

Maybe I can send in for 'repairs'.

Sites like BetaFPV make ELRS kits if you want to get what drone hobbyists actually use.

DJIs aren't FPVs, it's the difference between only flying an airliner with autopilot vs a stunt plane.
They are great for photography work and LIDAR mapping but will refuse to crash into things which is the whole point of military FPVs.

No Dougal, I've said it before, that wont work.
>>
>>65192628
Id compare it like flying a jet liner vs flying a Helicopter
>>
>>65192575
not now though, wait until the war ends and prices plummet
>>
>>65192647
Fair.
My main point is if you try to tell a DJI to do anything stunty it'll just say no. Eg. DJIs are limited to a max decent rate of 10m/s, even a little whoop FPV will easily do 20m/s and a propper 7" will do 50m/s+.

>>65192655
They are generally building 7 to 12 inch drones so prices for small props, motors, ESCs etc. haven't really seen increased demand.
The only thing I have seen significantly increase are high end analog goggles.

Another way this conflict feels like WW1: Dazzle paint
>>
>>65192655
Its cheaper now than ever on the hobbyist side. Ukraine is keeping component prices low.

The drones that are whacking russian rear line logistics right now are fully digital. The signal is much harder to detect, jam, and travels much farther. But this means there is too much latency for human control, so the drones only recieve cues from operators and perform the terminal approach autonomously. Maybe dazzle camo might screw up the machine vision and make it miss. At least this one isn't just disguising itself as a civillian vehicle, which they've already given official instructions to do by the way.
>>
>>65192767
but there's no way dazzle camo actually works on fully digital systems, the whole point of dazzle camo is to mess with the observers depth perception after all and the drone camera isn't able to give you the ability to properly perceive depth. Also wasn't dazzle camo made to mess with visual aiming setups, by making estimating speed, distance, etc harder? Would that still work with an algorithm steered drone?
>>
Wouldnt auto indistry camo work better? Make it look flat to the camera to make it harder to determine if its military or civilian.

Didn't know.

BTW, I've coined a new term for when you are minding your biz on your own turf and some drone cums buzzing in to eyeball you and you are helpless because you weren't ready, etc.

"Drone Raped"

Am I speaking with a Brazilian, a Colombian, or a femboy right now? This will forever be a mystery.
