Everyone in a squad having a different type of magazine, possibly a different manual of arms, different optics and different preferred ammo for reliability would be so dope. Coaching everyone for different windages and holdovers for their snowflake rifle's snowflake barrel length would make range days a breeze. Drawing everyone's private weapons from the armory for every range day would be so easy and make things run so much more smoothly than it already does with way less time wasted.
