as of now i have seen atleast some 30 videos of russians doing target practice on civilians with either drones or artillery.in any other military theyd take steps to atleast supress the units from posting the videos online and bragging about it for PR and moralle and would demote those who did it for waste of ammunition.russia doesnt seem to give a shit about it however.
I think it would be fair to say they have bigger problems than some drone operators killing some civilians. Like the whole losing the war thing. Like do you really think those Australian SOF guys killing civilians would have gotten remotely as much press if the coalition was losing hundreds of people a day?

Why should they care? Those who oppose Russia, oppose Russia because it invaded a sovereign nation, not because it was mean about it. Those who support Russia, support it because they want to own the libs, not because they care one way or another what's going on in Eastern Europe. Russian soldiers obviously enjoy killing civilians. Why ruin their fun if it doesn't matter anyway?
