Its certainly not like every military sale gets automatically listed on wikipedia, often people only know about this shit after it gets sighted in use; like those Israeli Mraps, or the many Iranian weapons that have showed up in Ukrainian hands. If they're making it up, it would make more sense to claim to have destroyed something that has many customers; rather than what I would call a pretty obscure missile system. So to play doubles advocate, its not necessarily impossible that this Argentinian launcher actually did get sold to some other country which nobody bothered to report on, who then donated it to Ukraine. Or Argentina decided to sell them direct because they aren't rich and customers aren't exactly lining up at the door, but didn't announce the sale because they're officially neutral.
