1.I want to see more integrally suppressed handguns, including designs aimed for the ultracompact market (like an integrally suppressed 380 or 25/32acp). There is no more stamp cost, eforms are super fast, and if I have to defend myself against a criminal there is no reason I should suffer any high frequency hearing damage too. I mean sure, better that then getting mugged/murdered/eaten but it shouldn't be a tradeoff at all. Maxim 9 was cool but a small caliber with a modern 3d design could be far smaller.

2. I want to see someone do an updated WA2000 anyone could buy just because it was so cool. Seeing that anon do that stunningly cool repro reignited my wish it was a thing available. Long action is sex, so is classic/future, combining some neat features with nice wood. I'm disappointed we've ended up with just extremes in terms of aesthetics.

3. Speaking of aesthetics I miss Atomic Age smoothness and wish whitney wolverine style would make a comeback.

>What are some firearms you want to see made? Can be for any reason
Even before I played Stalker I was lusting after the MP-412 REX after seeing it here back in like 2006. Everything about it just seems so RIGHT. I wouldn't care if it had a dogshit trigger or if it had the ergonomics and weight of a brick or if it shot 6" groups at 20 yards or if the finish was out of a tin from the Khrushchev era and flaked when you looked at it - those lines can't be denied.

Rifle version of the Whitney Wolverine.

USP in 10mm

>Bonus "exists but is unobtanium unless you get incredibly lucky on Gunbroker"-tier
Tanfoglio Stock III in 10mm with the 6" barrel - imported by EAA as the "Witness Hunter" before they switched over to turkshit.

That would probably actually function, to an extent, but you'd need the plates to be steel, and for the base to either be steel itself, or very securely holding the steel plates.

>>65239921
The Medusa's idea is really terrible, it shoots pretty horribly and the extractor assembly is very fragile.

Realistically speaking, you're already shooting the two most common centerfire revolver cartridges with a .357 Magnum cylinder, so then just having a second replacement cylinder for shooting 9mm Luger would then cover you with the most popular pistol cartridge.

>>65240192
I actually think that idea might still have some legs.

I'd like it if marlin now that they make that 10mm lever gun would also do a 45acp/super/460rowland model for all brush popper-thumping need.

I want CZ to make their 457's chambered in 5.7x28. I think the lack of varminting bolt actions in 5.7x28 is the manufacturers missing out on what would be a fantastic gun.
>>
A revolver chambered in 223/556. I know it’s less than ideal but I imagine it would still be effective and allow you to use the same ammo for your pistol and rifle.

Yeah I'm feeling it and don't really dislike anything there. Checked with the usual degenerates that import them here and they can't get me an SBR, they can get me the pistol version + a suppressor no worries (go figure!) but I dunno about it being a brush-gun for close in feral animal killing. I mean I've got 9mm pistols if I absolutely had to do it that way and probably wouldn't use one of them and much rather the old .357 revolver.
Still, they may bless us with something like a 10mm or 45 one day and I'll definitely consider it

A revolver that takes slapinders.
>"What's a slapinder?"
It's a cylinder that you slap-in-dere. Hold down the release, take your fresh slapinder, and just slap it in. The old one ejects out the other end as the new one is pushed in.

btw, if anyone finds one of these and wants one, they're good carbines, but always check the recoil buffer pad in the rear of the receiver.

The original factory ones are very old and have all dried out and hardened by now, so they won't absorb the impact of the bolt (well, they will one last time), and you need it to do that, because otherwise the impact from the bolt hitting the rear of the receiver will hammer on the wooden stock until it cracks and splits, which you don't want.
This is why you sometimes find them with damaged or missing stocks. Or sometimes those ugly Choate stocks, which can tolerate that impact.

Thankfully, replacement buffers are cheap and easy to come by these days.

If I were to bring that design back, I would NOT make it take Glock mags, because i looks wrong with a wooden stock (or I would at least use the metal ones), and I would then look at some kind of springloaded buffer mechanism to replace the old solid synthetic pad ones. Don't need it to be like an M16 buffer tube or anything, just needs to cushion the impact.
I would also make it available in 10mm, and in double-stacked .45 caliber mags.

I've looked at these a lot and bid on a few in the past on Fuddbroker. The 9mm model also shares the magazine design with the Smith & Wesson Model 59 which isn't a bad looking pistol either. I ended up going with PSA AK-V in 9mm which is neat but I'm thinking of selling it. It would be cool of someone brough these back The Henry Homesteader is similar but IIRC the internals are overcomplicated for a 9mm PCC. I REALLY wish the Chiappa M1-9s were dogshit, would be perfect otherwise.

I saw pic related on Fuddbroker a few years back. It ended up going for $500. Not sure how well Bubba's welds would hold up but it looked neat

The "R91" assault rifle in Fallout 3 was modeled after the CETME Modelo B (almost the same thing as the G3, and the game files are outright labeled G3ASSAULTRIFLE), though it's depicted as using 5.56mm NATO, with its magazines holding 24 rounds. It has really terrible accuracy and poor damage.

The Pitt expansion, sett in Pittsburgh, features the Infiltrator variant, removing the stock, using a black handguard, and adding a suppressor, scope, and an extended magazine, which for some reason still only holds 24rds. Slightly weaker, and just as poor in accuracy, but it's quiet.

>Maybe with some railz for doodads
One of the unrealized benefits of top-breaks is that you could mount the flashlight way closer because there's no ejector rod in the way. Whereas on guns like the TRR8, they have to put the rails near the muzzle.

I'd love for them to bring back the Model 20 in doublestack. The 950 was SA only but the Model 20 was a true DA/SA and was the predecessor to the Model 21a. It was thinner than the 21a and IIRC only came in .22 short and .25 ACP.

I know this can be made as a functional firearm in the same way as the movie prop, but I want a working 5.56 chambered version like from New Vegas.
