Same thing with Spyder-Co, same thing with Benchmade, same thing with SOG, etc. You can be Benchmade shill all you want, but a lot of people find the knives overpriced for what they are, and you can find equally good/better knives for half, if not more of the price. I've owned a couple of Benchmades myself, not specifically the Bugout, which seems to be the biggest shilled knife on the market, but the ones I had were okay. A lot of people buy them for the price point and the popularity/hype around them. It's just marketing. You should just buy what you like. If you like the way a knife looks then buy it and use it, and if people think it looks stupid or worthless, then fuck them.
