Modern in 1950 is pretty bad unless you are America so it would have caused higher air losses and not much else. Even then, the first radar guided AAA was US 1953 and the first SAM also US 1952 so what do you even mean by “modern” aa in Korea? Soviet stuff was pretty not close to par and their doctrine still revolved around contesting the airspace with fighters.
