Their range is bigger. Depends on the payload

how can the thing be 200k when just the wing is 6,7 million?
>>
>>65250706
Its based on bayraktar. Ottoman tech is superior to Persia.
>>
>>65250706
The shahed I believe is set and forget, so they can't really control it after it's taken off.
>>
>>65250729
No its saying the wing can go 6.7 miles on its own, no need for propulsion
>>
>>65249847
They should design it to run on hydrogen, the fuel cell can be the secondary explosive.
>>
>>65250729
Don't you understand blyatrunes? Clearly it says each wing causes on average 6,7 million USD in damage to the Russki economy.

>200k for 50 kg warhead and 1000km range
That's bullshit expensive
>>65250756
You can attach LTE/mesh or starlink dish if you have that like LUCAS
>>
>>65250706
In terms of speed yes in terms of economy no. I believe they use more expensive engine to fly at 300-400 km/h.
>>
An-196 vs FP-2
which is better at blowing up Russian stuff?
>>
>>65249847
At 200k a pop, when does it start making more sense to just develop a proper UCAV?
>>
>>65252011
At least an order of magnitude more cost
>>
>>65250706
literally nothing, it's more expensive but has a shorter range and a smaller payload. I think the electronics are less advanced too but I'm not sure
>>
>>65252081
MQ-1s cost $5M a piece. It doesn't seem outrageous that you could find an in-between from this thing to a Predator drone and make a ~$1M/unit UCAV.
>>
Bayraktar now builds these kamikaze drones. K2 is particularly interesting as it has SATCOM, a FLIR and a dedicated jammer pod onboard. Comes with 2000+ km range and 200 kg warhead.

It's called a Tomahawk cruise missile.

Isn't Bayraktar co-owned by the Ukrainian company Motor-Sich? It be might a joint development.

They use Ukrainian engines on some of their platforms, but last I heard they plan on eventually replacing those with Turkish ones. The Ukrainians also tried to get in on helping the Turks with their fighter jet engine, but I haven't heard anything about if they're actually part of its development or not
>>
>>65249847
to be fair, it would destroy us too. Iran fucked our shit up before it started running low on munitions. If they could manufacture them like Ukraine it would have been ugly.
Seems like low cost solutions are going to come online in the next few years though

Russians are brownoid and fag lovers. Them getting smacked is based

What about hydrazine mixed with nitromethane, should be able to run a top-fuel drone or two into Russia
>>

As long as it's 1. a fair distance from me, 2. filmed in high definition.

No they're not. Them, on the other hand...
>>
>>65252119
the real worth in these drones is in their guidance systems. they have to hit a specific target 2000km away without any satellite guidance on the way, the drone that does that best, wins. payload, price and range are secondary.
>>
>>65250706
The aero is better but it has to take off from a runway. Terminal guidance possibly better, depends on Starlink.
