What's the best possible urban camo setup that works in any first world city?

Either day to day trying not to be noticed (grey man), or combat (actual camo pattern clothing)
>>
The best gray man is just the most blandly normal clothing for your area, there is no set outfit because its different everywhere. The bongs found in the studies that lead to berlin camo that the ideal urban camo would include a terracotta red/brown, a cool blue and glossy white. To be fair though, this was the 80s and in the middle of Europe, I don't know that bricks would be as common nowadays or entirely relevant to US cities outside of particularly old areas.
>>
If you're over 50 just wear whatever lower-uppermiddle class older people wear. This is usually an amalgam of "smart casual" trends over the past 30 years all blended together into a beige incoherent mush. Slim fit blue double vented cotton blazer with loud pick stitching, light grey golf shirt, white leather sneakers, mykita ti frames, wool blend athleisure pants, and a stainless tag aquaracer in quartz.

If you're on the younger side there's no generic outfit because younger people are much more on-trend and these things vary too much by region and social class. What passes for normal in salt lake city utah is going to make you look like a weirdo in stocklholm. What passes for normal in wakefield, bronx is going to make you stick out like a sore thumb in portland, oregon. You have to do your research and then wear the outfits habitually so you feel comfortable in them.

Nah you kids got it all wrong. You gotta go full on Grey Man! Dull grey pants over your black boots, black concealed carry hoodie, and a grey/black ballcap. No logos anywhere, and keep your aviators on so nobody knows where your eyes are pointed. If you're not wearing the latest grey man setup from 5.11 Tactical then you're gonna stick out like a sore thumb.

I do Security sometimes.

Blacks and "Hobos" in any area are red flags due to likely immediate criminal behavior threat.

Use Jeet-brown face paint, and Jeet black hair dye, for a couple few reasons.

While Jeets are a menace to overall health of any society long term, individually a single Jeet is cowardly unlikely to engage in stupid aggressive high risk criminal behavior.
Lone Jeets are everywhere, even in good neighborhoods, in every city sadly, and might just "The IT guy", but on the other hand, if you see one Jeet, he might have a dozen or more Jeets for backup close by.

A Jeet, even in "business casual" and sporting what appears to be a large shiny watch and couple rings and gold necklace, with have nothing of value because it will all be fake. Any credit cards/cell phones will be very well Locked Down, because Jeets are expert scammers of such things, but at same time he will have no cash because Jeets are into IT fads like touchless payment.

A White man in Negro black face and hair dye is harder to pull off due to face and hair shape diffs, but a Jeet looks more like a ugly White dude, and Jeet hair is also similar. Its also likely that a Jeet speaks good American OR British accented English, not Ebonics.

for real camo-camo in urban area, UCP works great against wore asphalt or broken concrete. Pair with mis-matched uneven L/R molle gear in FDE and Olive Drab to break up Human Figure, and an anti-IR poncho in UCP.

If you need to ask, you are a lost cause. Just mimick what the normies wear, something like an under armour hoodie, baseball cap and joggers with sneakers is the best. People will notice your ballistic glasses and combat boots. Cargo pants are very autistic too.

Everyone is dabbing on this guy for looking tactical but in truth the only thing that makes him stick out is that guys like that are afraid of public transportation. If he double parked his lifted truck in a major intersection in the busiest part of the city and threw a hi-viz suit over the dash to ward off tickets and stepped out people would just assume he's there to check some buried utility cable or whatever. But looking relaxed on the train? Hell no. Would never happen.

Believe it or not, it is once again multicam or a variation thereof (and once again, OCP's darker tones are probably superior)

Basic business suit, plastic hard hat and a clipboard with a OSHA handbook. Everyone will either ignore you, be too afraid to speak to you or actively flee the scene.

Jeans, a hoodie, sneakers, and a ballcap with a local sports team's logo on it. Maybe a backpack, but that might stick out a little too much if you're above the age of 20.
As for actual camo, anything that's predominantly dark greys and browns I guess.

I do construction site visits for a state agency
the only people that talk to me are Karens who run over looking to snitch on whoever dare builds within 3 miles of their home
otherwise I walk in take pictures wander around and no one even asks who I work for
>>
>>65257525
I used to work in construction and I often think about how easy it is to walk onto any construction site without anyone noticing. No worker is going to stop you unless you're in a dangerous area, and even then the most they'll do is tell you to move, not to leave the site. And if the site manager sees you, they'll only tell you to leave if you don't look like a worker.
>>
>>65257576
>>65257525

Business suit+hardhat+clip board pretty much ensures you to total access when it comes to any building or industrial site, unless it is the site manager or higher 99% of people will avoid eye contact or find an excuse to go somewhere else.

what im curious about it skyscrapers. ive never worked in one so i have no idea what the security is like. but sometimes i walk past them and see nice cafes on the ground floor and wonder if i can go in but i dont to avoid the embarassment of being told its for employees only or something. especially since theres always security hanging around.
>>
>>65257649
If it's an ordinary high rise in a city, usually the employees-only area is pretty obvious because there's a gate by the elevators you have to tap through, if there's a cafe out in the open then you can just walk right in and have a coffee

Exception would be if it's a whole corporate campus where even the roads are on private property, then the cafe may require an employee ID card because it's company run and the food is sold at a trivial price as an employee perk but not a "skyscraper" in the usual sense

Now don't come crying to me if you get booted out because they have a no singles policy, that's just the general situation for skyscraper cafes

ITT: anon uses military camouflage and concealment and clandestine operations tactics infiltrate a skyscraper to buy a coffee

You might want to study CIA disguise methods.

NOT THAT IT WOULD ACTUALLY MATTER, COWBOY, BECAUSE NOBODY IN A REAL FUCKING CITY SEES YOU ANYWAY OR CARES OF YOUR EXISTANCE. Now obviously anything goes, aside from extremely obvious clothing which makes you stand out, any clothing is technically grey man clothing. Think caricature of a faggot prostitute trying to score some cock.

So basically dark mute colors and outfits which can be switched to join different sub-groups. So for example, a black hoodie and some generic print wife beater, any cap, nerdy eyeglasses. If you were pursued, you could switch your look in matter of seconds. Go from a rapper to a punk hipster in 10 seconds and lose your tail. That's the idea at least. Mix and match, put on your rubber mask or remove your disguise on the way. But in reality it doesn't really work like that. You don't work for intelligence gathering, nobody's pursuing you on the way to McDonalds in a way where this would matter. If somebody would pursue you, it probably wouldn't be like in the intelligence world, where they grab you off the street and take you into questioning/torture/execution. It's more likely they just want your iPhone because your clothing and stance implies that you're wealthy.

But if you want the larp, and this is a larp board so of course you do. Go with that 5.11 tactical look. You sure won't blend in any more than the guy next to you, but it signals "i'm a cop" to everyone who can read people, including that one schizo who in 1:50 000 chance stabs you in the neck for it.

Suit, clip board, hard hat AND high vis vest? A high vis vest with a pocket protector?

Forget everyone trying to avoid you, you can clear out any group of people you want just by walking up to them, staring them down and taking notes.

>NOT THAT IT WOULD ACTUALLY MATTER, COWBOY, BECAUSE NOBODY IN A REAL FUCKING CITY SEES YOU ANYWAY OR CARES OF YOUR EXISTANCE.
100% true, they don't want to notice you. Cityfags actively ignore each other because it is a waste of time and brainpower and actually causes stress to socialize with too many people a day, every day for years.

Autistics like the users of this website don't experience the oversocializing stress because you're faceblind and already stressed.
