Man these PSI (pre sentence investigation) reports I’ve been reading this week are wild as shit. Some of these dudes cannot stop committing violent crimes and the justice system throws them so many fucking chances>one felon whose “father” sired more than 30 (THIRTY) offspring with several baby mommas>ALL of his dozen plus male siblings are incarcerated or on probation>another had committed at least a class 2 misdemeanor (several felonies) every single year since 2013 and his luck only ran out because he was in possession of a firearm (stolen) while committing another crime>another started hearing voices in his RV late at night and began firing rounds into the sky to scare off the sky spirits (not considered a violent offense btw so he got a low felony for possession) >another who jammed his gun in a woman’s mouth then raped her (former not considered a violent offense either)>child sex trafficker getting sent to a minimum security prison camp after violating probation because of “sentencing reform”>so fucking many illegals who transported other illegals over the border in shipping containers or trucks often killing themLegit the only fucking guy I even felt remotely sorry for at first got absolutely nailed for walking out of a police station at 15 while being processed for a misdemeanor crime, then proceeded to commit multiple violent assaults after becoming an adult. I half expected to feel some sort of sympathy for some of them due to all the jokes in the office about bleeding heart liberals and muh college educations but I feel only disgust and contempt
Didn't ask, didn't read.
>>65272384I think criminals ought to be given a sticker chart. If you get too many stickers then you just get executed on the spot.
>>6527238480% of felons will be arrested again withing 10 years of release. The vast majority of violent crimes are committed by a tiny minority of people who repeat offend, incessantly. We all know about 13/50 but it goes deeper. 1% of the population commits 63% of all violent crime. The vast majority of all murders are committed by prior violent felons. If we just killed everyone who committed a violent felony for a year or two, the US's crime rate would drop off a cliff. There's genuinely no reason not to. They cannot be rehabilitated. It's a lie. It always has been a lie.
>>65272390>If we just killed everyone who committed a violent felony for a year or two, the US's crime rate would drop off a cliff. That's basically what happened in El Salvador with Burkele. He stuck every single cartel member in a concentration camp instead of killing them. El Salvador went from being the most violent country in the hemisphere to being safer than some US cities within the span of a year.
>>65272384You do any house visits yet? I would imagine most of those guys skip town in a month of release.>>65272390Education and dual parent households are important too. Coming from a shit neighborhood, I can tell you that it all really is a shitty cycle from the cradle to the grave.
>>65272399I don't care. There are countless poor people who never commit a felony. Animals need dealt with.>uwu I have mental health problems and a bad upbringing andNo, it's just salvageable garbage. Get in the ground.
>>65272399>Education and dual parent households are important too.Yes, but some of it is just straight up genetic. Things like antisocial personality (which heavily corresponds with criminality) are highly inheritable. The uber-red pilled take is that the primary reason for executing criminals isn't punishment but removing them from the gene pool.
>>65272390>>65272398The only argument I've heard against this that's kinda-sorta legit is "b-but, what about false convictions" which sure, that's one factor to consider, outside of that though yeah, you intentionally murder someone, you get the bullet.
>>65272410The thing that bothers me about this argument is the notion that society/the legal system bears some sort of responsibility for false convictions, but this same kind of thinking isn't applied to our current reality where judges aren't held responsible for letting serial reoffenders lose. >one false conviction, one false death sentence is one too manybut somehow>yeah bro just like turn everyone loose so they can keep killing innocents until someone removes them from this plane of existence
>>65272418Oh don't get me wrong, I'm also 100% behind the idea that judges and cops and politicians need to be held way more accountable by the law, sadly it's really hard to do this because they control the institutions.
>>65272398I have family in El Salvador (inb4 brown, I can post gun and socket, can you anons?) and the difference in their tone once the round ups were over was audible. I had an aunt that was finally able to sell toiletries and obsidian in a little market stall. She quit because the woman in the stall next to her was taken to her house and shot in her doorway because she couldn't pony up protection money. That said, a good amount of innocent people got locked up, and you cant criticize the president in front of the cops and soldiers or else they'll detain you for a week. She said she'll take that over the murder every hour they used to have. She understands why people cry about the human rights violations but she wishes the critics could understand what its like to be pushed to the edge and witness gory murder every week and then see if they want to take the moral high road.I wish my Mexican half would fight against the cartels, but they are so intertwined with the political, logistic and military systems that it would trigger an all out civil war that would also destabilize central america as well.
>>65272405>>65272409>>65272410You just gotta make sure that the system that deals in absolute elimination doesnt go too loose with that kinda power. I wish I we knew how to stop people from getting high on power.

I dont wanna go to work tomorrow, just aint feeling it this week. Are most of you anons still in college? I think that was the majority occupation you guys had.
>>65272443>Are most of you anons still in college?Yukari's like the youngest guy here and he's 30 bro.
>>65272399>I would imagine most of those guys skip town in a month of release. Not Yukari but boy do I have a story related to this. My homeboy has this uncle that he hates who was recently fired from his job (He is a gay theater teacher at a HS) and the family rumor is that he's having legal troubles. Homeboy asks me to look around PACER/local court systems and sure enough he's been indicted on CSAM possession. I downloaded all of the documents, and it turns out that they will embed audio recordings in lieu of transcripts for certain hearings into some of the PDFs. Anyways I got the pre-release flight risk screening recording for homeboy's uncle and holy shit that made me lose what little faith I had left in the legal system.>uncle admits to trading CSAM on multiple devices, some of it depicts infants>uncle admits to roleplaying/having fantasies about wanting to rape his 11-year-old nephew >has to surrender all of his devices and all of his parent's devices too including televisions because he's living with themAnd guess what? They let him go until his next court date. They didn't even inform the family of the nephew. They had the uncle agree to cease all contact with minors, but they said that they would consider lifting it for upcoming holidays/birthdays OF THE EXACT NEPHEW HE ADMITTED TO WANTING TO RAPE! This is up there in the top 10 worst days of my life, I think.
