For starters it's using the wrong chassis. It was supposed to use something from MZKT or such, but the somone pulled strings and the contract was given to Kamaz. Just this one thing fucks up a lot: all of the calculations which were done during R&D got fucked, it's not stable enough, the center of gravity is too high up, hence it often just falls on its side when driven, etc.Secondly, the whole project sucked dick because it was worse than its competitor, but the competitor was missile-only by design, while Pantsir had guns and some boomers in the MoD fapped to guns, which influenced them.
