Here's your modern infantry combat, bro.

Retarded, suicidal, or fake? Take your pick

You can't outrun them

what would you do dingus?
>>
>>65290263
Uh, sure, if you're standing in the open like a dumbass. You do realize almost everyone on this board understands, and has likely seen footage of, drones having less accuracy against targets in heavily wooded areas?

these guys >>65290272 >>65290282 are right, even if you're dead anyway, if you don't do everything in your power to survive, you aren't really human. You don't know, maybe you get lucky and the drone operator is a rookie who doesn't know how to handle trees and crashes the thing like 50 feet away from you. No harm in trying, what have you got to lose?

are we going to see double-hull designs for armored vehicles to protect against drones?

He was trying to shoot it down, moving makes that harder, and I think that might be a machine gun but I'm not enough of an autist to ID that gun from the small frontal bit.

You can dodge them though, and running to cover did save some ukes/rus/mizrahim.
Expecialy if the operators is dumb like the case with gayrabs

Ukraine has Arguably one of the most kitted airforces In the world bar america.
They got all kind of fighters from F16 to soviet relics to mirages.
Stormshadows too soon to get meteors which surpass their american equivalent
And aside from sead they have superior tactics to americans
>>
>>65290219
Russia can save a lot of money not manufacturing gun sights because they dont use them anyway..
>>

would different sights have helped here?

Not as much as being in a different country.

you all sound like those fucking retard mongoloids that go "well durr, why didn't the police man shoot the pistol out of the man's hand, huuuuuuuh?!"
also the man survived, he's an ukie soldier. lost a leg though.

running from fpvs is next to useless. id say shooting at it is better than running.
>>
>>65290219
Nice to see this perspective too. Incredible that someone would recover the camera and spread this on the internet.
>>
>>65291117
dodging works
>>
>>65291131
well, not inside a tank obviously lol, but people have dodged it when they're going at speed in a terminal run.

ultimately, the man gambled on trying to shoot it down, the same any other action was a gamble, and the odds fell not in his favor.

When you're in a situation where you already know you can't avoid getting droned, the best course of action could be to swing at it with your long gun as it is rapidly closing in.
It's still going to explode, but at least ~1m away from your body. Small anti-personnel FPVs just carry a small HE charge, no frag. A sturdy steel rifle might even redirect some the blast energy away. A plastic stock would turn into shrapnel, though.
>>
You can tell he wasn't aiming properly, since you can see his gun pointing at where the drone was at a particular moment (so the drone always ends up slightly in front of the bullet stream), instead of slightly in front of its path.
>>
>>65290272
We see drones flying inside of tunnels and buildings.

>less accuracy
You are still incapacitated and seriously wounded even if it doesn't hit you head on.
That means you get to suffer for 1-40 minutes as the next FPV drone with your name on it comes find you, unless of course, you kill yourself as many Russians already do.
>>
>>65291568
lol
>>
>>65291223
It's weird how old the armies on both sides are, mid to late 40s, these guys are at least in the 60s
>>
Fuck me, no thanks.
I'm so glad I have a useful in demand skill that even if I was conscripted would keep me off the frontline.
>>
>>65291619
Both sides have a shitty demographics hole, and would prefer not to kill off younger guys and make it deeper.
>>
>>65291619
>useful in demand skill that even if I was conscripted would keep me off the frontline
So you're saying you're into flying drones, can make, improve, fix and maintain them, teach newbies to fly, and come with a personal suite of drones and controllers? You're perfect! Boris, give him an AK and put him on drone shooting duty. Look up the market prices of those electronics he brought too, could be something in it for us.
>>
>>65291682
Yeah, I'm also glad I'm not in a shithole country that will waste my skills for shits ang giggles.

Reminder, in actual war between high tech countries, the drones wont just be sent one by one, but sent in tens of thousands in swarm hunting every single human in its way (when things get desperate)

And you will see swarms of dozen or hundreds hunting entire battalion
>>
>>65290338
>I'm not locked in here with you, you're locked in here with me
t. Manhack
>>
>>65291926
Yeah I've been saying that, too.
When china attack taiwan, the sky will turn black with drone swarms, AI trained swarms, and they will attack every cammo clothed man (or maybe every human). And no it's not a war crime, since an artillery round will kill anybody close by as well.
>>
So does either side skin drone operators alive feet first if they capture them after all this shit?
>>
>>65292113
Unironically want to see a POV video of troops blasting containers full of drone operators.

I think when you pro-russian ABSOLUTE NIGGERS condemn the actual fucking human safaris that the orcs are running in Kherson, I'll give some time to your fucking opinions.
Until then, sodomise yourself with an ignited highway flare
>>
>>65291626
Nah, that's only Ukraine because they are actually interested in the future of their nation and people.

ziggers will take any meat and throw it in the blender, they don't give a fuck who or why as long as it keeps the monke on the golden throne in power for one more day
>>
>>65291926
>>65292056
Everything we've seen indicates the opposite. UAVs controlled by a remote operator are vulnerable to jamming which forces them to rely on pre-programmed behaviors at best. Swarms seem to have been dropped by the US five years ago, likely because the effectiveness of electronic warfare became apparent. Russia crowed throughout the 2010s that it was the leader in ECM which caused the US to invest heavily in its own electronic warfare systems. And as usual the boasts were found to be largely empty which resulted in the US have a distinct advantage. Assuming the Chinks are blind and retarded they should be focusing on jamming as well.

Look at how the Iranian drones are used, they can only successfully engage targets with minimal support which have been recently moved or left with their asses hanging in the wind. This is facilitated by the relatively small size of the US force and the relatively large theatre of operation compared to Ukraine, and Iran still struggles to hit shit.

Maybe AI can make a difference and allow these systems to make some kills without direct intervention by their operators but I wouldn't hold my breath.

And one of the issues with massive swarms of shit is that they are quite visible as they communicate with one another over the open air. At the very least jamming would disrupt the coordinated data-sharing which is the supposed benefit of swarming behavior.
>>
>>65292149
People have been accusing random assholes of "safaris" for decades but I have yet to actually see evidence of anybody doing it. It would also be pretty retarded if you don't have total air and arty superiority, nobody wants to get blown to shit while on a hunting trip. That said its not physically impossible so I won't dismiss it out of hand.
>>
>>65292463
Ukros used AI swarms before (their words) and it cleaned the designated sector from every human. It works. It will be used.
>>
>>65292472
Russian drone operators hunt civilians in Kherson for fun. That's the safari. That's a known fact, hence zigger drone schools being blown up.
>>
>>65290219
Yeah, this is the way it's going to be for a while. I don't expect any hard counter to occur, what's next is probably drones vs drones.
>>
>>65292472
They literally post the evidence on telegram themselves. You can fucking watch the videos of them doing it.
>>
>>65291614
The young men died earlier on.
>>
>>65291614
>these guys are at least in the 60s
50s maybe. Russian men age fast.
Most of them don't live long enough to turn 60.
It's that fucking bad.
>>
>>65292463
>likely because the effectiveness of electronic warfare became apparent.
Thats nonsense
Drones will self-guided in any future war
the phone in your pocket has more than enough capacity to do that
>>
>>65292472
The Kherson human safari is zigger drone pilots flying FPVs into Kherson from across the river for the sole purpose of tormenting and killing civilians. It's not a one off thing either, we're talking thousands of drones a month exclusively targeting civvies. The killcams are shared on telegram for zigger amusement.
Really reaffirms the need for TZD.
>>
>>65292757
What even drives people like these to enlist? Debt? Wanting to die in a war in an honorable way? Amnesty for crimes?
>>
>>65291140
Ziggers try this shit all the time. They just get peppered with frag and roll around in pain for 20 minutes until the followup drone arrives to blow their head off.
>>
>>65292757
I just wanted to point out how nice that instructor was. Actually giving compliments instead of telling them all they are pieces of human garbage.
>>
>>65292056
Implessive!
>>
>>65290238
If you can't run at 60 miles per hour then you're not getting away from it. At least shooting gives you a small chance.
>>
>>65290272
>having less accuracy
Drones are not bullets but explosives, they don't need to be accurate to kill you, retard.

There's a clip with someone asking them why they enlisted, and all of them say something like 'I was drunk'. It's likely they got played.
