Neither India nor Pakistan are in the top ten, but Pakistan is demonstrably superior to India's air force. Putting aside the 40 year long running joke that is the Tejas, and the recent cucking that they got directly, the truth is that it goes beyond equipment. IAF doctrine is shit and their pilots are talentless. You guys see that Tejas crash at the airshow? For once it wasn't the fault of the airframe, it was because you have a demonstration pilot that apparently didn't know that you don't pull up on the stick when you're doing a snap roll in a plane that is underspeed and below half the minimum safe altitude for the maneuver, and nobody factored in that Dubai has a different and much less forgiving climate than wherever they practiced the routine. If that's a demo pilot I doubt the rank and file are much better.
