No guns here, does bushmaster make good small arms?unrelated not how hard is it for a tourist to get a gun in america?
>>65321306>bushmasterMeh. Honestly they're a smaller brand these days and America has an absolute fuckton of small to medium firearms manufacturers with very little that differentiates them.>touristsYour best bet is to look into companies that specifically cater to you. The tldr is that yes you can fire guns on American soil so long as you don't have any obvious exclusions like ties to al-qaeda or whatever. But you can't BUY them without residency iirc, so you're probably going to be limited to somewhere that lets you rent their guns and shoot on their property. This is a major tourism industry in certain places (Texas and Las Vegas are particularly known for it, but other regions will have it too) and you can get anything from a lame indoor range where they let you shoot a few handguns, to helicopter rides where you're slaughtering feral hogs (invasive pest species) by the truckload with a mounted machine gun. You will pay accordingly for an experience like that. Most of the time foreign tourists seem to find a middle ground by renting a few rifles at a normal outdoor range, potentially full auto depending on the place, and it will probably cost you a few hundred to 1000 USD for a few hours of fun that way depending on how much you shoot.
>>65321350This is close to correct but misses some details (that most people do). If the country OP is from has a visa travel waiver with America, then short term visitors CAN buy firearms. For example, Canada allows for Visa free travel to America, so you would be allowed to purchase firearms. If you don't have a citizenship from a visa waiver country, you need a hunting license (one of the valid exceptions). For more info: "Non-immigrant aliens are prohibited from receiving or possessing firearms and ammunition while in the United States unless they are a citizen or national of the Visa Waiver Program (below) or meet any ONE of the below listed exceptions in section 922 (y) (2) of the GCA"
>>65321306>unrelated not how hard is it for a tourist to get a gun in america?Legally you can't buy a gun the way citizens can. I suppose you'd have to ask a criminal how they source theirs.
>>65321306>No guns here, does bushmaster make good small arms?fuck no, I'd rather have poverty state armory stuff
>>65322313Interesting. What happens to all the guns that tourists buy, when they have to head home a week later?
>>65321306Cute mule!
>>65322847most of the ones who would do this have family in the US.Alternatively, get a metal detector and head out to rest stops and other areas near the Canada border
>>65322847Do this >>65322872 except leave your guns with me. I can be trusted.
>>65321306Just go to Vietnam or Cambodia. They'll let you shoot full auto and even RPGs.
>>65322313>you need a hunting licenseThis. Get a hunting licence and go wild.I bought my first two guns (an AUG and an M&P 9) back when I was still on a student visa.>Are you actually going to go hunting with those two guns or are you just using the licence as a loophole?>Does it matter?>I suppose not. Here you go.
