It's an entry level rifle that mostly shoots roughly an MOA and weighs less than 7lb. Shooting MOA out of the box used to be a prestige thing that cost serious money and meant a cumbersome rifle, and usually you'd need an armorer to work on the rifle to get it over the line. To put it into perspective when the US military put out a requirement for a 1.086 MOA sniper rifle in 1988, the rifle they ended up with was 12lb clean and unloaded, and it cost $5000 in 1988 dollars (about $14k today). By 2011 a $450 6.25lb rifle was in the same ballpark. Just insane.
