But there's probably around 50 serial killers out and about according to the FBI (which seems fucking insanely low compared to the current population of the US.) There's also secret societies/fraternal orders that make you do a Dark Brotherhood like initiation ritual, but the targets are usually college coeds who just so happen to go missing and are never found.
