I have a second AR but I only use it for like target shooting and shooting matches and it's like an 18lb hbar rifle so there's not really any point in getting it threaded or anything if it's just a range toy. I have irons on it so I don't need an adjustable stock on it like I want on my carbine.I guess the other thing is that both my ARs lack bayonet lugs but like, who cares? no one fucking uses bayonets. So it would just be buying new mags and uncucking my AR carbine, maybe buying a whole new upper but probably not
