When I started as a cop in the 90’s, ASP batons were pretty new and more than one the metallic sound of it flying opened caused a change in heart. Also OC spray always worked good for me. We had one OC recipient acting up in the ER and the officer, not wanting to get it in the HVAC, just dumped the fan in the dude’s mouth.
