Post Bubbas
That's kind of goofy, but at the same time the work quality seems pretty well done.
>>65376376This one isn’t too bad. It’s just paki tape and you can take that off
Who has those pics of the unbullpupped AUG
>>65376372The good old nutty turd grip
>>65376437I have something even better.
>>65376531
for a low price of 1,400(ish)
>>65376228That looks really good though.
>>65376185This is an M1941 Johnson
Many sporters are quite tasteful
>>65376687Is it still on gunbroker? I haven't checked in a few years and that was after it was already listed for several years.
>>65376769I saw a sporterized intact mum Arisaka that had a stock like this at a gun show I went to not long ago. I was very tempted, but i ended up passing on it
>>65376822I actually seek out sporters, pretty ones anyway, I find them interesting.
>>65376429>current production gun>prety tasteful Not a bubba
>>65376769I'll excuse any sporterization which is actually done competently and well. I'll stalwartly defend any expertly done and high quality sporter. All these old milsurp rifles are too expensive to be worth sporterizing now, which is why sporterizing is a dead practice, so we aren't getting more milsurp bubba anyway. I think that the nice sporters are worth leaving as they are, and should be allowed to be valued for their own history as tools for hunting, while the crude and poor sporters, well, maybe some could be fixed up or improved, but otherwise they could at least be used for spare parts for the other guns.>>65376822Was it the original chamber, or had it been converted for something? Arisakas lock up like fucking bank vaults, so they could be rebarreled for all kinds of things.>>65376827Do you have any which you think are on the nicer end?
>>65377328Don’t remember exactly what it was rechambered for, but I know it was rechambered. Was probably 8mm Mauser
>>65377185It's not bad, I personally don't like the grip though. The centre pieces are too big and end up looking like moulded cheap plastic. I made an edit here that I'm not gonna take longer on working on, but I think it'd look better if it were done kinda like this; the victorian floral patterning could be mirrored on the opposite corners as well beside the greek meanders. The slide is good, I just hate the grip. The meanders on the grip are fine, but the other parts are just too big and it looks like some shit you'd get at a dollar store.
>>65376373That's not so bad, where else is a lanklord supposed to get a 17" LOP fixed stock? On the other side of the spectrum, though...
I promised I’d post it.
Is favelamancy bubba?
>>65378414Converting a straight pull into a pump action...I (think I) see how this would work, now I'm just wondering why.
>>65378418Yes
>>65376185You know, I ain't even mad. Unconventional, sure. Turning the original weapon into something entirely different, of course. But interesting, reasonably executed, and with tasteful wood.
>>65379140The only really bad part is the OD g3 grip. It clashes with the rest of the gun. He could have very easily swapped it for a black one
>>65379943Agreed. Or even better, wood, too.
>>65376429Hey that's my gun!>>65377862It's from a police confiscation of a cartel member or methed out junkie. The engravings look to have been done with a Dremel, were originally filled with gold glitter, and was two toned using silver metallic sharpie. Figured some Catholic themed tacky grips would match the owner's original intent.
>>65380610Impressive engraving for a dremel ngl
>>65380613When I look closer, it does look like pretty damn shitty and rough engraving, BUT, knowing that THIS was done with a goddamn dremel? That's genuinely impressive, it should be a ten times worse than this, by all reason.
>>65380613>>65380756Yeah. It's a shitty job. But whoever BOT is/was, they were fucking focused and dedicated to doing a shitty job. It was so roughed up from all the stray Dremel marks and scratches. A lot of it did fill up with the nickel plating, so that nickel plating I did helped a lot on hiding stuff. This was also an old ass Beretta 92fs with a gen 1 locking block that serial went back to late 80s. They spent a lot of time scraping off that bruniton finish too
>>65380798What'd be the Spanish language equivalent of Bubba?
>>65380801According to Google, it's Bubba.
>>65376372>Gold DD44Is this obtained by clearing the ultrasecret level Miami Weightwachers in 00 Agent in less than 2:12 seconds?
>>65380975I actually like this one
>>65376185>>65376228>>65376346I think the projects themselves are neat but I think most people object to the irreversible changes made to what look like a couple of Molot VEPRs and a rare Chinese Type-56 sks made for AK mags. In a world that wasn’t totally gay there would be so many of these guns it wouldn’t matter if someone did a project like this. Unfortunately we live in the Fagoverse.
>>65381429the third pic is a valmet. Even worse.
>>65377862That's honestly kind of nice, a bit ajgged on the edges, but not what I would call bubba'd.>>65378486Yea, that's more like it.
Bumping. Side note: finally fit my Saiga mag to my AK; not as hard as you think.
