question for all of my /stalker/ friends out west. i'm from the southeast and this past april visited north/central AZ. on two separate occasions on two separate trails to two separate hikes we saw 1) group of 4-5 guys 100 yards off of a public trail just posted up with a couple of jeeps shooting at some makeshift targets they had set up with a natural dirt berm behind them2) guy solo practicing pistol draws and such just a quarter mile or so down a paved road on public landso is it literally just the land of the free out there? as soon as you drive past the brown signs showing BLM or federal lands you can be full on guns out with no worries or issues?
