A small pint-size, plastic milk bottle for a casing, a hole in the cap to run the fuse through, a small amount of flash powder which the fuse runs into (stuff inside fireworks), with the rest of the bottle filled with sugar and saltpeter. Any idea if this would realistically work for any average joe?
