>>65392945There are accessories that do this and it's broadly considered legal, but it's one of those gray areas where the ATF is liable to at some point flip the table and call it a VFG anyway. They have currently been nut checked on exactly this sort of arbitrary decision making since it effectively gives them unilateral legislative/judicial/executive powers with no oversight. That is a result of current politics which can always change in the future.So as it stands it is probably safe but just be aware that it is exactly the stupid gotcha that ATF loves playing red light/green light with and can change suddenly in the future if/when they get the power to do so.
