Finger fucked a Maskai at RDSC. They replaced a lot of the parts with AR parts such as the safety, grip and more. I feel like the issue of the charging handle could be fixed by just using the bolt release button instead or filing some metal down. Idk I would go with IWI for the stalker 2 vibes however I like that the MK15 is able to take AR parts and isn’t as heavy or bulky as the caramel. Looking at the Makasi reviews there are some fundamental QC issues that I have a hard time looking past (the rails being out of spec is a really bad indicator). I'll wait and see what the reviews are for the 18.6" versions but I'm leaning towards the Carmel because I expect it to be consistent and reliable although I'll wait for reviews of that as well.

I'm not going to pre-order or panic buy because I already have prohibited 5.56 semis, but I would recommend that anyone who doesn't have one to panic-buy the Carmel just to have something on hand.
