Of course you're deck parking, there's no reason not to, but that number is with the runway and catapults clear. You can look up spotting factor if you don't believe me, the legacy hornet is defined as 1.0, with the super hornet, tomcat, and F-35 all around 1.3-1.35, meaning a Nimitz could carry 90-100 of them. Of course having E-2s and MH-60s lowers that number a bit.
