Now that there's no federal tax on suppressors, what realistically stops someone from a state that has banned suppressors from driving to another state that doesn't require paperwork to buy one, hiding it somewhere (such as their own butthole), and driving back over the border? This isn't about gun control or anything. I genuinely want to know what would possibly stop someone from doing this, because law of averages.
The only places you can buy a ready made serialized suppressor require you to fill out a 4473
It's illegal, making this a violation of global rule 1. I'd delete the thread if I were you, you knew what the answer was because it's obvious, dummy.
>>65445262the same mystical force that stops you from doing any other thing that's illegal retard
>>65445267Ah, I didn't know that. I heard someone say it was possible now and all that at work because "the president made it legal". It was utter nonsense, it seems. They said you didn't need to file any paperwork and stuff. 4473 sounds like paperwork.
>>65445283>>65445262I want to ask in the most polite way possible, are you retarded? You know even normal guns don't work like that right?
you are prevented from breaking the law by the fact that you are a spooked retard
>>654452834473 still has to be filled out; legislators just eliminated the need for the form 4.
>>65445262Many vendors are going to do a residency observation via the state of your driver license. They may decline sale if you are from a shitty state.Sorry that they don't want legal liability from your gun grabblers.
what's the least retarded flow through or otherwise low back pressure can currently?I utterly refuse to fuck with adjustable gas block, changing buffer weights/springs, bcg mass, etc or anything else that would risk unsuppressed function
>>65445262The same forcefield that stop people from taking guns into gun free zones is in effect on a state level.
>>65445270low testosterone
>>65445901>I have decided to be mentally retardedyou do you. it's your choice.
This thread is dead to me.
>>65445283you still have to do a background check, the change is that they no longer take your fingerprints or put you on a registry.
>>65445901Huxworks (formerly OSS), Delta P (idk if they're still in business with civilians), and Strategic Sciences are all great choices. Strategic Sciences if you want the best all-round option including zero flash for $1700.
>>65449249>they no longer take your fingerprintstrue>or put you on a registryfalse. The ATF regularly visits all FFLs and scans their 4473's for inclusion in their registry.
