How are you using AI /k/?
>>65459989For fat fetish stuff, mostly.
I'm not and I won't.People that use AI then bitch about datacenters are hypocrites.
For the most part as an ERP partner/CYOA ggenerator. Grok does pretty well, although I've noticed it has a pretty strong double standard when it comes to sexual violence against female characters, balking at prompts that include that even when it happily does so for males. On the other hand medieval fantasy settings seem to avoid triggering it, because for some reason a peasant girl getting abducted by beastmen to be used as a broodslave is okay while fucking a drunk college girl is over the line
>>65459989tell it you can only cum during sex if your partner has a loaded gun to your head
>>65459989Porn
i only use the shitty google search AI
>>65459989I use it to ERP with, why would I ask it anything about guns when I know everything there is to know about guns
>techbros tell us about the massive benefits of AI coming very soon, in two weeks>Everyone just uses it to jerk off
>>65459989pictures of asuka without clothes
>>65460063That’s essentially every technology. Blu-ray won because porn. VHS won because porn. The first webcam was used to watch a coffee pot, but the second was used for nudes. Did you know that the first commercial telephone number was a phone sex line? Because it was.
>>65459989Making hmofa content for my personal use.
I use it as a more advanced search engine sometimes. Not really worth sacrificing the PC market and staking the entire US economy on it desu
My bro Jimmy generates free pr0n on Perchance
>>65460158Except all those inherently made money. All the tech wizards and omnipotent AI itself still can't figure out how to monetize the fucking thing
>>65460158>VHS won because pornVHS won over Betamax because of longer recording time at very little quality loss compared to Betamax (even though the superior image could only be achieved with Beta I speed, which only gave you 30 minutes of recording time, and that most Betamax VCRs didn't have as a feature)>inb4 you couldn't get porn on Betamax you could. Also yes, I'm extremely autistic about audio/video tape formats.
>>65459998I use AI al the time and complain incessantly about data ceters and global warming while ai drive my monstertruck to Starbucks for unsustainably harvested $9 coffee lattes.. what are you gonna do about it?
>>65460006>*starts ERPing as Richie Aprile"
>>65460391You can admit your "principals" mean nothing and you have no values, this unironically makes you better than 80% of people so I'll give you credit.
>>65459989I don't because I'm an actual person and not some third world goblin
>>65460063Is it wrong to consider that a massive personal benefit? It does feel nice
>>65460258That's part of the beauty of it. It reminds me of the old internet with all its pure user generated content and obscure websites
>>65459989I don't use AI because it's gay.
>>65459989I remember early chatGPT, it didn't matter what we talked about, it would inevitably tell me to call a suicide hotline by the end.
>>65460258The problem is that analytical AI, the actually useful AI, doesn't really make money as much as it makes things more efficient. If using analytical AI saves you 1 hour every work week by making certain tasks take less time that's 2.5% of the work week that can be devoted to other tasks. Which doesn't sound like much, but is equivalent to an extra 6.5 workdays per year. But exactly how incredible that is is pretty difficult to explain to investors so it's easier to tell them that another couple billion dollars and they'll totally start making money from the people generating 50 slightly variations of a generic anime chick getting dicked. And for the same reasons it's far easier to get billions of people on the internet to to train generative AI.
>>65459997Damn, same.
I was pretty interested in generative AI for the first six months or so and then grew bored and decided to wait for maturity. Is there a local chat model I can use to generate buff orc women raping me text?
>>65460529Yeah, i think there's a thread on /g/ for local shit. I got bored trying to set it up and gave up
>>65459989I remember when /b/ fucked with Cleverbot and /pol/ fucked with Tay. That was funny.I don't understand why someone would ask AI what the weather is and log all your thoughts when you can just go to the website.
>>65459989Don't, for anything. l search the Internet manually; blacklist any sites that I see using AI in any form so I don't waste my time with them again; cut ties with businesses that use it to interact with me and never give them a cent again; dropped out of a class, demanded a refund, and wrote a scathing letter to the dean when I found out the teacher was using AI to draft and grade our assignments; and changed careers when my company tried to make us use it. Hell, I walked out of a government office saying I no longer trusted them with my information when I saw AI art printed on canvases on the walls.
>>65460529Twitter's built in AI does a pretty damn good job
>>65460505An extra 6.5 workdays a year for some white collar jobs doesn't get every single working adult to spend roughly a used car worth of cash yearly on AI subscriptions. Which is the real reason why they make such big claims to investors - nothing short of those claims would be sufficient to justify their comically inflated valuations.
>>65460569I think ERPing with an online chatbot that is constantly sending what you say to an external server is a bad idea
>>65460581If it's my chatlogs that tip Elon off that @FutaFreak1972 is a pervert so be it
>>65460569I though Grok was only good at creating CP and cyberbullying Gunther Eagleman
>>65460158>Blu-ray won because porn.HD-DVD had porn, there is no Blu-ray porn because it uses DRM licensed from Disney and Disney doesn't like porn. Blu-ray won despite not having porn because of the internet and the fact that no one buys physical copies of porn anymore.
>>65460539>I don't understand why someone would ask AI what the weather is and log all your thoughts when you can just go to the website. This is whats weird to me. I understand using AI for something niche and giving you a leg up where your skills may be lacking. A while back, a /k/ommando used AI to make a 3D model of an anime girl and then 3D printed it and released the file to the thread. Thats a very specific thing that I would think AI would be used for. Yet more and more I see regular people asking for the most mundane things that were never hard to do. My schizo theory is, if you get people to ask the AI about every little thing in their life and then blindly trust the answers, then you have effectively established control over them, and since AI is just code, you can program it to say whatever you want to them. Not to mention you're also setting the conditions for the population to decrease its ability to think critically, learning to challenge information or spot blatant disinformation.>pic related, the 3D printed anime girl that was generated from a 2D image using AI.
>>How are you using AITo make furry porn .. Duh
