One ship can still only be in one place at any given time. And given how the USN just loves to overwork its ships (because telling congress that what they demand and what they are actually paying for doesn't match up isn't as good for your pentagon career as simply smiling and nodding and letting the CO's and crews deal with the shit) I wonder if this might not be a "somewhat optimistic" calculation even in the best of cases.
