The PRC has vastly more resources than the DPRK and is alot closer to Europe but their forces are no where to be seen but there is the KPA in Ukraine, doing far better with their available assets than the PLA could even dream of doing. I categorically reject the DPRK being included with China, Iran or Russia; these are alleged 'Great Powers' who can't do shit while the DPRK is a tiny nation that consistently punches far above its weight.
