Its the hatter that is stuck on whatever head gear you have on that will have something to run off on. In stead of dripping off the brim. It likely dosent have an effect in 99% of cases. But you know they drill that kind of stuff a billion times. They have probably tested out emerging from the watter with an instructor who knows exactly what to listen for, and found this does help a tiny bit.
