Saudis don't want you to know this but M113A1 APC's with M163 "VADS" Vulcan systems and an M168 rotary cannon are free. You can just pick them up.

I have 8 M113A1 APC's with M163 "VADS" Vulcan systems and an M168 rotary cannon at home.
