The Averof would be what you really want since it is more or less operational besides the engine rebuild which has already been funded, it could be retrofitted with Battlestar Galactica tiers of CIWS. Notably for this use she is a 10,000 ton armored cruiser that was designed to have a detachable ram.The problem is the Greeks are quite fond of it and are busy restoring it to operational status as an active warship capable of doing patrols. It sounds kinda silly at first since they intend it to be in its current configuration as a steam powered 110+ year old cruiser but i don't think a CCG 'destroyer' has anything that can seriously harm it and it really could in all likelihood cut one in half.

It isn't like Texas where they have to use really thick plates and build an entirely new torpedo bulge.
