The primary issue at the moment is convincing the eurocrats they need to get on the ball and start doing the same.Bottlenecks in and around jet turbine manufacturing for Ukraine could really be solved if some EU countries started placing orders for some tens-of-thousands of them. Which they should have started doing 18 months ago.
