How did the Russian army fail every large offensive operation this year?
Do they have the necessary manpower and weapons for a winter offensive, or is time to dig in until next spring?

>How did the Russian army fail every large offensive operation this year?
Decades of corruption

>Do they have the necessary manpower and weapons for a winter offensive, or is time to dig in until next spring?
Probably, but hey cannot succeed without chaging the system they operate under. Which they cannot, because of the decades of corruption.
>>
>>65572295
Well they don't really have operations. Its just non stop offensive for like the last 2 years with the vague goal of pushing forward. They don't have operational goals or plans. Stuff is just done and all that matters is that commanders can lie about having done something. It's fighting without strategy and they fail cause the cost never justify the gains.

They do have one right now, Surovokin has been rehabilitated and tasked with making Kyiv uninhabitable by severing all electrical connections from the rest of the country, shutting down its powerplants, closing or destroying its bridges, and depowering all infrastructure.

There was a graphic showing how many drones and missiles Russia thought it would take to do it, I can't find it now though.

>It's fighting without strategy and they fail cause the cost never justify the gains.
Ok, you got me there. That remains true.

>So they think this would make Ukraine give up or something?
It gives their puppets in Ukraine something to talk about when they say that Zelenskyy should accept giving up just a little piece of territory, say the remainder of Donbas, for "peace".

There's about a half dozen members of the Rada who are essentially retired in Europe on full salary because they can't be voted out and they only rarely travel back to Ukraine to vote in parliament. This also serves as a convenient way to avoid voting against reform packages designed to fight corruption and which the EU insists on as a requirement for various aid. Sabotaging aid is another thing they can do for their masters in Moscow.

>>65572475
>If I'm reading the other anons post right they think this will be enough to leave Kyiv entirely without power indefinitely
Roughly, that's what Ukraine (and others) claim Surovikin's orders are anyway.

Damaging the bridges beyond usability would be extremely inconvenient to Kyiv, there's no natural ford on the Dnipro and it's at least theoretically possible for Russia to target every bridge and eventually render them unusable, cutting off everything on the east from everything on the west. Or at least making it very inconvenient and slow to ferry everything over on barges or pontoon bridges that have to be defended, moved, or replaced every time a shahed flies over.

If they managed to cut Kyiv's high voltage power lines and disable the power plants, then water and sewage stop working which becomes a humanitarian disaster quite quickly. Kyiv has wells but they require power to fill a cistern or something. They don't work in blackouts. Some pump rooms have generators for that purpose but far from all.

It may or may not be possible but it would be somewhat effective if it is.
>>
>>65572295
Did they evem do any large operation? I thought they just kind of lulled themselves into the infiltration routine and the only spikes in losses happened when they tried to push back against Ukrainian counteriffensive
>>
>>65572470
They think it will make them suffer, which is enough to motivate them. It's the only way to keep morale high

Being just a little bit poetic is entirely distracting because it gives off the vibe of someone trying and failing to sound smart/deep no matter how right they may be
>>
>>65572295
for the past 2 years ziggers bet on small group infiltration tactic to take over ukrainian positions(send 5-6 ziggers everyday to occupy a basement and supply them through drones over few weeks, most of them die but few always get throught and after enough forces get ammased in a location they would overwhelm ukies) but that shit ain't working no more. not to mention the constant lying to higher ups about "success" depleted A LOT of the frontline units to the point that ukies can and succesfully counterattack all over the frontline.

I don't think anyone with any intelligence or situational awareness in the Russian chain of command expects any of these offensives to succeed.

The best they hope for is that for all their losses they at least take some Ukrainian fighting power with it and the exchange rate will be at least sustainable.

>It gives their puppets in Ukraine something to talk about when they say that Zelenskyy should accept giving up just a little piece of territory, say the remainder of Donbas, for "peace".

The problem Russia has created for itself with its rabid-dog attitude and constant chimpouts, along with breaking the security assurances they promised Ukraine in the first place, is that Ukraine knows if they 'accept peace' within about 5 years Russia will once again be invading with a freshly rejuvinated army.

Additionally due to the Russians actions in the areas they did capture during the surprise invasion in 2022 (e.g mass rape, slaughter of every single civilian in sight, stealing all food and appliances leaving what little population survived to starve and die) Ukranians know that 'peace' is not even a possibility. You either fight Russia tooth and nail and make them bleed immeasurable losses to take Ukraine, and at their current rate of advancement that will effectively never happen (iirc it was estimated to be around 150 years at their 2025 rate of advancement to take all of Ukraine) or you effectively commit suicide, because Russia will simply genocide the entire country.

The unavoidable outcome of being a rabid dog terror state like Russia, no one can make any treaties with you because you inevitably break them, no one can make peace with you because you inevitably invade them again, all your enemies can do is unyieldingly make you require the absolute maximum investment of money and manpower to achieve literally any of your objectives, if it's even possible to do so.

The reverse is true too, if they accept peace for the time being, they can rebuild their army, develop better ballistic missiles, grow their airforce with western trained pilots and Rafales, Drakens and whatever fleets, then take back territory on their own terms when convenient.
It worked for the UK.

So, Russia has backed itself into a corner of its own making, also putting Ukraine into a similar position where they simply cannot surrender. Seems like direct west-russia war is inevitable, but then we have nook ook. I have an idea
Start taking out their strategic nuclear forces, but don't do it as an all-out strike, do it piecemeal as a sort of "provocation just under the limit that will trigger all-in reaction". Basically, use Monkes own pussyfooting strategy, except instead of the tangible result being intra-nato mistrust like the Russian eu attacks, the tangible result is Russia slowly losing their nook ook card.
>>
>>65572916
But he's a Russian general. His butt doesn't hurt anymore.
>>
>>65573246
>Russia has backed itself into a corner
not really
Putin has, but russia isn't putin, though he has done tremendous work in convincing everyone they're the same thing. Russia could easily pretend that all of this was just putin's and his cronies' idea and everybody else always had been against it. Of course, anyone with eyes would know that that's bullshit, but not many people would care enough to point out that out.
>Seems like direct west-russia war is inevitable
Neither side wants it and will go to infinite lengths to avoid it. It's not inevitable at all, unless it so happens that some western leaders suddenly grow a spine. Russia will keep being fucktarded and the west will keep burying its head in the sand, occasionally taking it out just long enough to send single digit numbers of this-or-that to the ukies.

Barring a complete collapse of one or both sides due to economic strain, my prediction is that this keeps going at least until monke dies of ass cancer or whatever he's got. What happens after is impossible to know, it depends on who manages to sit on the throne first, after they're done scraping what's left of monke's ass from it.
>>
>>65573246
That's basically what Ukraine has been doing quietly. Russian anti-ballistic radar system has been decimitated, their AVACS are basically gone, their nuclear-capable bombers have been severely depleted, they are willingly wasting their nuclear-capable missile arsenal to blow up kindergardens for whatever stupid reason, and they have been heavily using mobile land launch systems making tracking them a childs play in addition of obvious wear-and-tear.
Add in fact that the old soviet bunker silos were all mapped during and after the cold war, and that the russian nuclear subs are loud and constantly trailed by US boomers, you start seeing that if it comes to it, russian triad is starting to be dead in the water.

Russian nationalists both in charge of Russia and opposing factions want war with the West. There's no need to deny what said nationalists have been claiming they will do for the last 30 years. It's as inherently part of their culture as gay rape at this point. The thing is that the war with the West isn't a bumrush to Berlin. there's the small issue of re-routing fuel logistics in large parts of the US.
it can certainly be done but you'd end up with a lot of diesel stuck in the Gulf with no where to go, filling up storage causing the refineries to cut down because it's not like they can only make gasoline.
there's also the little problem of all the contracts that would be broken. sure the US sells won't be civilly liable and suing the US government is great way to fund some lawyers nasal snow habit but not much more. but the buys will remember that the US will shut of the tap when it's least convenient for them and start looking for other suppliers.
as with most of Trumps proposed fixes it's papering things over for his gain and letting the US take the long term hit.
>>
>>65573897
And that's ignoring that outside of being russia friendly trump isn't exactly anti status quo so much as anti-people-he-doesn't-like.

Do third worlders actually think giving bribes to American politicians means you own them? Here, let me enlighten you. In this scenario the big, bald man in the mask is the US, the slimy executive is every other country. https://youtube.com/watch?v=rY7stDTWjRI

oh really. care to point to these DEBUUNKINGS faggot. where did the money funneled through Deutsche bank alone come from. Come on, that is an easy one.

>He would drop sanctions
which is exactly what he is eyeing for. In exchange for a juicy bribe that is. Hence the LukOil assets kushner/witkoff and kirill have been negotiating for the last year

>stop selling weapons to Ukraine?
you mean the weapons bought by europeans by mark up for trumps benefit he immediately started fucking with when either
>monke made a call to him
or
>he fucked up in iran and attempted to tap into other orders to fill in what the retard wasted

so ask again, what could an actual agent even do else other then declare open war on europe together with zegroidstan

But I have to go now. Since it seems you are a real maga cultist here is my final message. You types are following a moron that looks up to monke as his role model and idol. Thankfully, he is an incompetent idiot. But next one to succeed his leadership role in his cult might have higher then 80 IQ. You do not know what that means or how dangerous that is for you personally, but never say you were not warned

The money came from the bank. Do you not understand how loans work? Deutsche Bank had been implicated in a multibillion-dollar money laundering for Russians which is separate to Trump's funding. This story died also a decade ago.

Not dropped

>Weapons sales
Generating a profit for America, not Trump. As it fucking should.

Stop selling weapons to Ukraine and lift sanctions.

Russia explicitly started invading Ukraine and made very clear in their terms of surrender that Ukraine is supposed to totally demilitarize and be incapable of accepting ANY benefits from Western nations whatsoever.

Remember, Russia started this shitshow because Ukrainian citizens had the gall to stage protests and riots against their faggy pro-Russian president, the same one who ran to Moscow with his tail between his legs after all was said and done.
