Greetings and Salutations, /k/ommandos,Someone who still had the old email address I set everything up through two years ago reached out and asked if this was going to be a thing again. I haven't seen anything posted by anyone else yet but admittedly have been lurking less often so I could've missed it. I tried doing this by myself again last year and couldn't make this and real life both function, so I had to drop it. Now that there is someone reaching out to give some help, and he is someone who I know is legit because he shipped two years ago when I did it, I feel like I can commit to doing it right.Having participated back in the glory days of the website, multiple tiers, multiple shipping dates, actually helpful and responsive anons when it came to what they wanted or had to give, I know the true magic of /K/ristmas. Every year the handmade greeting cards go up, the tiger stripe and bayonets come out, and suddenly I remember that EVERY single person on the planet I don't know ISN'T (necessarily) a subhuman fuckwad. That there are actually some very cool, thoughtful, intelligent, talented, and hilarious sonsabitches out there still, and many of them in fact congregate here.So with that said, I am in no way promising anything as awesome as the site, or multiple rounds of shipping, or 5 different pricing tiers, pretty much all the cool shit that made it so glorious. This is going to be my third year doing this under battlefield promotion conditions, and after doing this a couple times now, I have a better idea of staying out of the sticky wicket, so the goal is keep it simple.
What that means is: ONE SHIPPING DATE! December 7th (tentatively) for everyone. If you are stateside, you make all the deadlines and its a Merry /K/ristmas for all. If you are international, there is nothing stopping you from shipping BEFORE that date, and the sooner it gets out the more likely it will get there, or into the hands of an Albanian postal worker, in time for the 25th. THREE TIERS OF GIVING: I have been poorfag status since getting fired in May, but I know there are many anons who are not retards and can keep their mouth shut and also keep a job, so I understand we have a wide range of people here. So I am thinking 3 tiers: $0USD Paper/k/lip, $30USD Zergrushers , and then $100USD Fudd Class Supercarriers (come up with better tier names you guys). But those are the dollar amounts, and again, this is based on experience of demand and then ACTUAL supply. Back when there was a large database of grinches, opening it up to $250 or even $500+ made sense, but we are working with limited intel, and if someone does get grinched, I want it to be an easy thing to make up. The above tier USD amounts are considered the MINIMUM value of the gifts you are sending. If you want to sign up for $30 and send $300, do it and be epic. SHIPPING IS NOT INCLUDED IN THE VALUE OF YOUR GIFT. For Americans, this is less of an issue, for international anons, keep it in mind. It cost me $67 to ship $30 of stuff to France in a large envelope two years ago.

>>65589086I was wondering about this Sarge. No promises on being able to participate, but I am going to be shopping in the not too distant future.
>>65595311Yes that's the general idea, although some people WANT to spend the extra money and send to/receive from USA, and vice versa, so I was able to oblige two years ago.>>65595350Yea I've been waiting to see the response, I know there will be guys showing up in November asking about it too. >>65596228The nice thing is, you can sign up for $0 and then just make sure your person gets a postcard/letter/tiny care package of what you have on hand to spare. The poor of money are usually rich in cool shit and creativeness, I always try and send as many people letters as I can.Remember, the more ridiculous and incidary the packaging, the more watchlists you can get yourself (and recipient) on!
