The enemy will have perfect situational awareness of your forces, 24/7. There is a whole new domain of warfare. The low sky, as ukies call it. Nobody can control it. Not from above. Not from below. Not from the same domain. If you want to solve drones, you should figure that one out. But all you can think of is staying defensive on the ground. You've already accepted drones as the reigning kings of the battlefield. That ain't gonna cut it.
