I saw some cheap AKs there
>>65599796y not get a zastava instead :D
>>65599796Do you>A) Need sub-MOA precision, such as for competitions?>B) Shoot well over 3000 rounds of 5.56 per year?If the answer is "no" to both of those, there's no benefit to getting a rifle more expensive than a PSA. Except for the brand name of course, just like how your wife wants that genuine Gucci purse, and not an equally nice bag from a less prestigious brand.
Zastava/WBP/WASR-10
>>65599810but i dont have a wife...
>>65599796>AKsBuy Bulgarian instead
>>65599800>>65599811This>>65599815Or thatBut ARs likely fine.
i'm sure psa has gotten better in recent years but when there's more proven options out there while not being insanely expensive, i have little reason to go psa for AKs. i know some guys with AKs from psa who are happy with them but i'm too paranoid about qc.
>>65599800>>65599811>>65599815Is there anything below a $1000? Gosh, i looked up AKs because i thought they were cheaper
>>65599796affordable, quality firearmsbasically
>>65599810>shoot over 3000 rounds per yearPeople don’t shoot at least 2 mags every weekend?
>>65599825Sorry homie, the days of the cheap AKs are gone.I think WASR-10s can still be had for just under $1,000 (though I remember them going for $500-600 pre-2020).
>>65599825>i thought they were cheaperNot since combloc surp dried up
>>65599812Tracks.
>>65599825>thought AKs were cheapermy friend you were born in the wrong timeline.
>>65599825Use gundeals. Still won't go under 1k but you can get damn close with the ZPAP M70
>>65599833Im surprised when I meet people who shoot anything at least twice a month. Every one i talk to tells me its just too expensive these days
>>65599873I shoot handguns twice a month but rifles once a month desu.
>>65599796Okay-ish AKs. Randomized QC. Might have to go back and forth several times with them if you get a lemon. Don't hesitate to litigate if they refuse to fix a malfunctioning gun.
>>65599833I used to shoot 250 to 500 rounds a week of what ever caliber. Now I'm bored of it all. Did USPSA, did 2 gun did 3 gun. Rang steel and shot clays in the backyard. For 15+ years. Now I shoot 2 or 3 times a years in the backyard and that's enough. Now I just tend to my gardens and such. And get more enjoyment there.
>>65599825you were born in the wect so no. if you want a cheap rifle buy an AR.
>>65599825Yeah, in like 2011.
>>65599833I shoot about 8 mags 3 times a year
They're the Little Caesar's of guns.>Food analogy
Ive been looking at PSA to build a cheap sbr AR since they are legal for now, whats a good build to cobble together for around $600?
>>65600360You stay proficient with concealed carry gun shooting that little?
>>65600576I do dry fire almost every evening.
>>65600519300blk, 7 inch barrel
>>65600688dont want another caliber, gonna stick with 556
>>65600830>t.broke retard
A PSA PA-15 is suitable for 90% of rifle owners (round count <1k/yr, never shooting past 200m, exists in air conditioning)A PSA Sabre-15 is plenty good enough for 99% of gun owners (round count never past 2k/yr, never shooting past 400m, incidental exposure to actual dust, ice, mud)Legit H&Ks, LMTs, top-to-bottom Geisseles starting at the $3k very seriously look like indulgences
>>65599796PSA guns are absolutely fine and great for the money. People that say otherwise are simply overspenders defending hipster logic.
>>65599796>Redpill me on Palmetto State Arsenalthey don't work
PSA AKs are actual dog shit man. Save up for a Zastava like >>65599800 said or get a real man's gun (Arsenal)
