>>65608122Shotgun Certificates are the last shall-issue gun permit in bongland. Sure, the safe requirements, application paperwork, and all the other regs are a complete bitch, but if you have a squeaky, eat-off-the-floor clean record and no mental issues or connections to problematic organizations (4chan lol) they're very doable. Granted all you can have are shotguns with a minimum barrel length of 24" and blocked to 2 shells, but it's a fucking shotgun and you can get a pump or semi that can load 2+1 that way. Another downside is the minimum pellets per shell limit so you can't get slugs or bigger buckshot, but on the flip side unlike a FAC there's no purchase limits save for safe room and money, so if you have a big safe and big wads of cash you can get a dozen neutered 2+1 fowling shotguns if you want. Last thing is you can NEVER say you want to use them for self defense, and using them for self defense is de facto illegal in bongland anyway. They even make you store the shells in a locked container a certain distance away from the gun.
