The Archer is the least realistic part of the entire story. He's the Russian minister of defense (a public figure) but Price doesn't recognize him on sight when they meet in-person. Like it would have been more realistic if he had a slav'd out ghost skull mask since at least there would be a good reason Price doesn't recognize him.
