You have 3 carrier groups, bases in Jordan and Israel, and 2 Amphibious ready groups. How do you win the Iran war?

I mean bombing bridges, powerplants, key infrastructure sites etc. is the winning method. They should have done this days/weeks after the first round of attacks that targeted the military.
>Muh war crime!
It worked against the serbs didnt it?
>>
>>65617161
Iran made it very clear no tanker loading port or refinery in the ME would survive the response to that.
>>
>>65617145
by doing the shart of the deal. give the ayazuttahs everything they want, ally with them and start supplying them with big, beautiful weapons so they can conquer the rest of the middle east. Brining finally bigly peace to the region. Israel? what is that. They dont want the bestest king they ever had to rule them, then fuck them

Op here.

Initial war goal: Unconditional surrender by Iran. Installation of Pahlavi. Control of Iran's resources and industry. End of their ballistic missile, drone and nuclear programs.

Sorry, didn't occur to me to post that in the op. That's the win condition.
>>
>>65617167
That's impossible.
>>
>>65617167
In that case you are going to need ~1,000,000 men for those goals and it turns into Afghanistan the second you withdraw.

No million man army allowed. Only what's currently accumulated as staged in preparation for resumption of the war. Any additional forces credibly assumed to be currently in theater from kurdistan to kuwait can be put in play. Special forces, himars, etc.

Those are the stated goals irl, those are the forces assembled to accomplish it irl.
>>
>>65617180
Those are the publicly stated goals just as Putin's publicly stated goal was the complete annexation of Ukraine, we'll see a much smaller goal claimed as the victory in both cases.
>>
>>65617184
>just as Putin's publicly stated goal was the complete annexation of Ukraine
Where exactly was this publicly stated?
I can, off the top of my head, remember that the US stated outright that the end of the Iranian nuclear program as a goal, but the rest flows together into a haze of inane we wuz winning statements.
>>

There are multiple other statements that the US would seize Iran's oil.
>>
>>65617195
I'll accept that, but orange nigger talks so much shit that I can never take anything he says too seriously.
>>
>>65617196
It's not just shit talk. It's exactly what Trump did with venezuela, and what he believed would happen in Iran. That was the actual plan.
>>
>>65617208
Yep, he couldn't understand a corrupt VP being willing to sell out the country is not the same as a whole society that has spent 40 years hating the US.
>>
>>65617210
And the only ones willing to fight to the death for Maduro were his cuban security. Which fact should give Trump pause about attacking Cuba, but won't.
>>
>>65617167
how long does the puppet have to survive?
likewise how long does control of Irans resources/BM program have to last?
>>
>>65617254
Irrelevant to the SMO for the purposes of this exercise. If you achieve those goals, it's won. What comes down the line is beyond the purview of this thread. Too many variables.
>>
>>65617215
The funniest thing about Cuba is they would have been completely fucked with a surprise attack but Trumps spent the last decade threatening them just as medium range drones become common.
One 40ft container full would let them take out every oil rig off the coast of Florida.
>>
>>65617260
Easy win in that case, just send in the troops, take over, install the puppet, hoist a flag over the oil fields, wait 24 hours for good measure and then pull everything out and leave
>>
>>65617276
You only have the troops currently assigned to theater to work with. As previously stated itt.
>>
>>65617280
NTA but it could be done zigger style
>launch every chopper from every ship at the same time
>each one fill with as many men as possible

There's no need to fight them directly, just give them a chance to put their entirely self sufficient subsistence economy that they pretend to have in practice.

Expend all munitions on israeli cities, then kamikaze the jets into whatever left is standing.

Ejected pilots use their parachutes to smother anyone wearing a kippa.

Throttle the carriers at full speed onto israeli beachfront properties. Set all onboard nuclear reactors to critical, and let them blow.
>>
>>65617580
*rolls*

Speedboat launches continue. There are no significant pipelines. Caspian mining successful. Roads and rail lines are temporarily interdicted, but road craters are filled and new rails are lain. Land mines cause some losses to transport, but not enough to significantly affect shipping. Due to the need to keep the fleet in the Arabian sea for force protection and launching from Jordan and Israel, loiter time over Iran is reduced to the point that constant patrols to prevent mine clearance is unsuccessful. 3 MQ-9's lost. No manned aircraft shot down. 7 aircraft in Jordan damaged by cluster bomb ballistic missiles.

If you do literally nothing executive lift sanctions and otherwise ignore them the regime will fall within ten years as the middle class grows. Then companies move in to invest in their natural resources, these are mostly western companies. There isn't really a nuclear weapon program (or wasn't before the war) and i doubt if anyone would care about drones and SRBMs if the atarollah was gone. Literally doing nothing would have been the more effective strategy
>>

Speedboat launches continue but are largely ineffective in interdicting US protected shipping, though several tankers are lost. Back and forth damage and repair to roadways and rail lines continues.

1 manned aircraft shot down over Iran this round. Pilot status unknown. Several score ballistic missiles strike Saudi and gulf state oil and critical infrastructure. WTI oil hits $137bbl. US diesel national average @ $7.89.

Internal security is always the most dangerous threat to a regime, not outside attack, especially a country with such defensible terrain as Iran. The threat being greatest from within is obvious, Iran itself being a case study in that. The Shah had the best military in the middle east and it didn't prevent his regime from falling, did it?

That would seem to not line up with the increasing size and intensity of protests over the last ten years, by the middle class. Removing the threat of attack and sanctions undercuts the credibility of the ayatollahs as the "great satan" just becomes a random far away country. Without that external threat and the impoverishment of sanctions, the regime has a hard time justifying its existence and spending priorities.

>>
>>65617743

>>
>>65617757
Not really. The middle class tend to be very invested in the current system, and have a lot to lose and not much to gain. The upper class has a lot to lose, but also a lot to gain. The lower class has nothing to lose. The middle class has something to lose, and no real chance to gain.
>>
>>65617770
The growing middle class doesn't start a revolution they have a few protests and the leader has to either kill productive citizens or give a little.
Generally they give a little, then give a little more then die of old age and the new guy gives even more.

When everyone is poor as shit you can kill them without hurting the economy, when they start being educated enough for the middle class killing them risks Pol Potting your country.

>>

>>65617770
Its less about the middle class itself (although that's a big part of it) and more about the growth of it, which begins introducing structures and resources that are able to resist the goverment, while seeming aspirational and achievable to the lower class, which currently are the base of power for the regime. So it undermines the power base of the regime while setting up the skeleton of an alternative arrangement. The tipping point is when the desire for more prosperity overtakes fear of goverment reprisal over a large enough section of the population. Major reason why the USSR fell, for example, although there were other factors in that case.

Easy. The rest of the world imports oil and American oil could be sold overseas instead of to Americans if it was vastly more profitable to do so. I am that anon. I don't support socialized health care unless you volunteer or work a minimum amount of hours. And then it should be the absolute most basic and people can buy supplemental on the private market.
Foodstamps should be reformed to be like WIC.
>healthy staples only, emphasis on generic or local brands.
And anyone who has not paid income, business or property taxes in 2 of the last 4 years should not be allowed to vote in federal election. 24th Amendment is bullshit. You also should need to show government ID and speak basic English.
Online and mail-in voting is also bullshit, except in certain circumstances, like oil rig worker and deployed military.
>>
>>65617907
I'd vote for this. Make it 25%

It'll always be funny to me Trump nationalized 10% of Intel, he doesn't have any idiology at all and I doubt he understands a single economic theory.

Do you know the US spends more tax dollars per capita on healthcare than any other country?
You pay more right now than if it was fully tax funded because you aren't just paying for the overheads but the profits too.

It doesn't need to be very high at all. The way commodity markets work is that if supply drops even 1% below the fixed demand, prices will increase by many times very quickly. A 20% tax on exports would reduce prices for American consumers by much more than 20%.

There is another spending issue that pisses me off more.
We are mandated to give them $3,800,000,000, MINIMUM, annually, just in military funds. Why not jusy buy those weapons for ourselves? I want to see military spending at 5% of GDP and enlisted pay raised by 30% to attract better candidatea.

Every field you listed has been broken by the profit motive.
Yes it's the jews but just because the jews like money and if you get rid of the jews there are plenty of Whites willing to kill their own for a dollar.

No, this is stupid. I agree that niggers spending their food stamps on soda and chips is less than ideal, but the more that you try to micromanage how benefits are used, the greater the amount of overhead and waste. If you really want to force people on food stamps to not use them on anything unhealthy, you could get rid of the money entirely and just ship them boxes of fresh produce. But this is a far greater logistical load than simply moving money between accounts, and will result in far greater waste when people refuse to eat the kale and beets in their produce boxes.

The jews it explicitly use them for propaganda and demographic change though. And the left, such as commies, feminists, and LGBTQ would be far smaller and less influential without jews running the show.

I refuse to believe WIC is more wasteful than SNAP. And shipping food straight too them incurs transportation costs and would probably result in even more wasted food.

Even if he did, the nexy administration would end up paying for replacements.
>>

>demographic change
Mass immigration isn't some great conspiracy it's simply flooding the labor market to increase supply driving down labor costs.
Once again the capitalists influencing policy to increase profits.
>And the left, such as commies, feminists, and LGBTQ would be far smaller and less influential without jews running the show.
Everything you listed except commies is IDpol bullshit used by the media to distract you from the economic policies destroying the west.

>>65618033
I honestly feel bad for the next POTUS, to quote Lisa Simpson they inherited quite a mess from President Trump.
The only way to end Iran without another Afghanistan is to drop sancitons and pay reparations to restore free passage, the MSM will beat the shit out of them for this because Israel wants total war but it's the only realistic option.
>>
>>65617864
>jew hater is oblivious to basic economics
Many such cases!
>>
>>65618042
What is certain is that Iran will not accept anything other than a favorable deal lest they get rocked by mass protests for not achieving something worth all of the destruction and suffering.
>>
>>65618052
They might accept some concessions if they can build the bomb but that might be too much for AIPAC to accept.
The biggest issue will be free passage because if the precedent is set you can close a shipping lane then tax it forever global trade is in danger of a half dozen countries ending it at any moment.
>>
>>65618042
Another Afghanistan would unironically be a better outcome than that for the US even if Israel didn't exist. The only clean way out of this shitshow is to invent a time machine and find a way to get a candidate with an IQ over 100 nominated for the 2024 presidential election.
>>
>>65618062
Afghanistan cost $2.26 trillion, the only way paying is worse is the ego hit.
