This is stupid of me because I'm against racists but seriously speaking I think it's the cortisol that is the problem. When you see something you hate, when you feel your blood boiling, that stress creates chemicals in your body which may interfere with hormone expression.So if you can figure out how to be racist without being mad all the time, it should be fine.
