I'm a super underweight trans girl. I've been skinny my whole life and no matter what I eat and how much I eat I can never gain a pound :/
I've gone weeks before of eating 1/2 to a whole tub of ice cream a day on top of 4 or more meals. Nothing helps
How can I gain weight so I can actually utilize fem fat distribution and be chubby and curvy?

No I just sit on my ass all day, I've tried all of this while being unemployed. For dinner I'll even order like a large pizza and force myself to finish it all. I genuinely don't know what else I can do to gain weight :/

that cream might help lol but you might get sick of it. when i was gaining weight I'd get a chicken burger, cheesy fries, and a milkshake like 1 or 2 times a week. and then 2 or 3 large sodas + chicken wings + pizza 3 times a week because it was free at my job at the time. a bunch of pastries too, cheese danishes and shit

try smoking a bit of weed too, it'll help you have more of an appetite + relax more/burn less calories

also, are you on prog? what are your E levels? T? if you're on prog, your E levels look fine, you might honestly want to microdose T, which sounds kinda weird probably but I know a trans girl who did that for like a year i think to help put on weight because she had extremely low muscle mass and body fat and nothing else was working to help

i seriously doubt you actually eat that much if you're that size, you might want to track your meals for a bit

and desu i feel like you should talk to your doctor about this, that's seriously insanely skinny and you might have some sort of disorder, hypothyroidism or diabetes or Celiac's or something. maybe EDS? idk there's a lot of possibilities

pancakes are a really good option. can try a lot of different toppings so you won't get tired of it as fast. i like peanut butter and honey, whipped cream and strawberries, or the classic maple syrup and butter

My E levels are good, my T was still a little higher than what Im aiming for but that was months ago and I'm going for another blood test this week so I'll see :p
I'm not on prog yet but I'm definitely going to start sometime in the coming weeks
I've also smoked weed pretty much every day or other day for the past 4 years ^^;

My strat:

srsly that's the biggest thing. i calculated my daily requirements and put in what i was eating:
I needed 2500.. and was eating barely 1k because "i wasn't hungry"
you will have to push yourself :(

If you don't meet your calorie goals for the day and are too lazy to cook a whole meal, make a weight gain shake. (Kinda like a body builder) Also if you do it at the end of day after dinner it can help Provided you don't have acid reflux..
Eating before bed is not good for you tbf, but you will gain weight faster, and you will wake up hungry af

Didn't have char limit but after doing this i went 160 -> 230 in 3y.

(0.5lb a week *On Average* is about the best speed you want to go without putting too much strain on your body btw.
idk how it works if you start severely underweight, but pio can only do so much to prevent visceral gut fat, so don't go too too fast.)

I'd probably do avocados too but I just find them fucking gross unfortunately. but yeah that's a huge amount of fat. also something that helped me was sleeping after eating a lot (which is easy I guess, but it definitely helps retain fat)
