This is my third sourdough bread. Its really yummy. Crust is nice and crispy but easy to bite through like a fresh baguette but better. Crumb is fluffy and moist thanks to the cold ferment in the fridge and using a high % of water.
Its worth it
Would make again. This one has butter in it.
