It works very very well.

It can also completely destroy your digestive system. Make sure you eat enough food before taking it every time or you will throw up. If you eat too much food, you may throw up as well.

Do not drink alcohol. Some meds warn you not to drink alcohol because it may make them less effective or drinks will be 2-3x as strong or whatever but it's mostly trivial. This is not the case for accutane. Alcohol with accutane can fuck you up or kill you.

there will be many days where your face is peeling off and you dont wanna leave the house and everything sucks but its seriously worth it
